Shipping Policy

At Padoolo, we aim to process all orders within 1-3 business days. We ship across Ireland using trusted carriers, with estimated delivery times of 2-5 working days. International shipping is also available with varied delivery times depending on the destination.

Shipping costs vary based on order size and destination. Free standard shipping is offered for orders over €100. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email to monitor its progress.

If any delays occur due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you promptly. In the event your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 7 days so we can assist you.

Returns Policy

Under Irish and EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to return products within 14 calendar days of receipt for any reason.

To return an item, please contact our customer service at   padoolootics@gmail.com   or via the website contact form to initiate the process. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all tags and accessories.

Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund within 14 days via the original payment method.

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is faulty or was wrongly sent. In such cases, return shipping will be covered by Padoolo.

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please notify us as soon as possible so we can provide a replacement or refund per your preference.

Certain items such as personalized or hygiene products may not be eligible for return once opened.
